Jack-Knifed Tractor-Trailer Accident On I-295 Near Mansfield Township In New Jersey

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) — All lanes were closed on I-295 northbound near Mansfield Township, New Jersey after a hazmat spill caused by a jack-knifed tractor-trailer accident on Tuesday morning.
