Bill Aims To Expand Delaware Alcohol Sales On Sundays

DELAWARE (CBS) -- A bill to expand the hours for Sunday alcohol sales is up for a vote in the Delaware State House.

If passed, the legislation would allow businesses that sell alcohol for off-premises consumption to operate from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.

Appeals Court Upholds Philadelphia's Tax On Sweetened Drinks 

Right now, those businesses are only allowed to be open from noon to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
