2 Taken To Hospital Following I-76 EB Accident In Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Two people have been taken to the hospital following a serious accident along the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) eastbound in Philadelphia, CBS 3 is told.
It happened just before 5:45 a.m. Monday along the Schuylkill Expressway eastbound past Montgomery Drive.
Two lanes were blocked, snarling traffic during the morning commute. All lanes reopened just before 6:30 a.m.
CBS 3 is told two people have been taken to the hospital. There is no word on their conditions at this time.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the accident.
