Accident Snarls Traffic On I-95 NB At Betsy Ross Bridge
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An accident temporarily shut down all lanes of I-95 northbound in Philadelphia at the Betsy Ross Bridge.

The accident was reported around 2:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Around 2:40 p.m., the road re-opened, but heavy delays remained in the area.
