Accident On I-95 SB Snarls Traffic During Morning Rush
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An accident on I-95 southbound is causing delays during the morning rush hour.
The accident occurred in the southbound lanes of I-95 near Washington Avenue in Philadelphia.
At this time, the vehicles involved in the crash have been moved off to the side and drivers are getting by.
