Police: Several Injured In I-95 Accident In Newark, Del.
NEWARK, Del., (CBS) – Authorities say several people were injured following an accident involving a tour bus and a vehicle on I-95 southbound in Newark, New Castle County.
DelDOT says the accident was reported at about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday in the southbound lanes of I-95 near the Route 896 exit.
Police tell CBS 3 Eyewitness News four people on the bus were injured and the drivers of two vehicles were checked out. None of the injuries appear to be serious, according to police.
Three southbound lanes were closed, but have since reopened to traffic.
