Accident Snarls Traffic On I-95 NB In Delaware County

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – An accident is snarling traffic on Interstate 95 northbound in Delaware County during rush hour.
CBS 3 is told the accident happened Tuesday between the Blue Route and Ridley Park.
There is no word on injuries at this time.
Chopper 3 over the scene shows one lane of traffic getting by on the shoulder.
Traffic is backed up for miles.
