Police: Two Dead, Nine Injured In Head-On School Bus Accident

SOUTHAMPTON, N.J., (CBS) -- State police are investigating a double-fatal crash involving a school bus in Burlington County, New Jersey.

It happened around 5 p.m. Tuesday along Pemberton Road in Southampton.

Police say a Volkswagen Passat collided head-on with a school bus carrying the Lenape High School swim team.

The driver of the car, Michael Razzano, 49, of Browns Mills, New Jersey and a passenger Sean McNaughton, 41, of Medford were both pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities says there were 20 students on the bus. Eight students and one adult were taken to Virtua Hospital in Mount Holly with minor injuries.
