PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Eyewitness News viewer Dave Silver captured a frightening scene on Interstate 676 Eastbound toward Center City, Sunday afternoon.
About 100 young people on bicycles were seen mobbing the roadway, riding on the Vine Street expressway.

Fortunately, nobody was hit by a passing car.
A large group of people on dirt bikes were seen nearby.
At this time, there is no word if the two rides are connected.
