Abington Township Man, Harry Gramlich, Accused Of Neglect In Brother's Death

ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- An Abington Township man is facing third-degree murder charges in the death of his brother. Prosecutors say Harry Gramlich was the caretaker for his 52-year-old brother Timothy, who had Down syndrome.

He's accused of neglecting his brother.

Police found Timothy's body in unsanitary conditions in the family's home back in October.

Harry Gramlich is due back in court later this month.
