PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Turns out a family that eats together is healthy together, especially if you're a teenager. That's according to researchers in Canada.
Researchers found that adolescents who have dinner with their families are more likely to develop better eating habits than those that graze or fend for themselves for dinner.
They also are more likely to eat fruits and vegetables- when eating as a family.
