A Cooler, But Drier Weekend

By Kathy Orr

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --  A cold front is slowly moving away from our area, dry, but cool air is moving in.

Winds will continue out of the west, 5-10 miles-an-hour.

Saturday morning will bring a chill, with lows in the upper 40s and 50s, and mainly clear skies.

There is a disturbance to our west, however, that could set off a few scattered showers Saturday, especially North and West of Philadelphia. High temperatures will be in the low 70s.

Sunday, an upper level Low Pressure system will pass to our north, and may trigger a brief, scattered shower Sunday afternoon.

Monday and Tuesday look sunny and dry with no threat of rain.

High temperatures will stay on the cool side in the lower 70s.
