8-Month-Old Gets 'Pulled Over' Making For Adorable Viral Picture
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Seeing a police officer make a traffic stop is nothing out of the ordinary, but you've never seen one like this...guaranteed.
At 8-months-old, Reagan has places to go, feeling good about her joyriding. Perhaps, too good, going a bit too fast, right through a stop sign.
She grabbed the eyes of an officer and the hearts of many more with an adorable photo shared on the Philadephia Police Department Facebook Page.
"Yeah, yeah, ma'am. Tell it to the judge!" Pictured here is Officer Walter Nejman from the 8th district putting in work...

"She's a ham so she probably liked it and likes anyone that talks to her. She likes the attention," said Reagan's mother, Olivia Biscardi.
The posts begins, "yeah yeah ma'am, tell it to the judge." It cites that not be able to read really isn't a good excuse, but a nice try.
The officer let Reagan off with just a warning. She hasn't been driving for all that long. She just got her wheels a few days ago as an Easter gift.
Reagan's mom Olivia is pleased her daughter had such an early positive encounter with law enforcement so that she knows her safety is always in good hands.
Was Reagan actually guilty of running through that stop sign? Well, she's pleading the fifth on that one.
