75-Year-Old Woman Struck, Killed In Kensington Hit-And-Run, Philadelphia Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police have released the name of a man charged in the hit-and-run crash that killed a 75-year-old woman Saturday night in Kensington. Authorities say 29-year-old Manue Senquiz was arrested and charged with homicide by vehicle.

Police say Senquiz allegedly fled the scene after striking the victim on the 300 block of East Allegheny Avenue.

Senquiz was arrested after he returned to the scene, police say.

Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim who was struck and killed as she crossed the street.
