5-Year-Old Boy Injured After Attacked By Stray Pit Bull In Oxford Circle

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A 5-year-old boy has been rushed to the hospital after he was attacked by a stray pit pull in Philadelphia's Oxford Circle on Friday morning. Philadelphia police say the boy was on his porch on the 5900 block of Shisler Street when he was attacked, shortly after 8:30 a.m.
The boy was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and is listed in stable condition.
The dog is being transported to PACCA by police.
No further information has been released.
