49-Year-Old Man Dies In West Philadelphia Shooting
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man has died following a shooting in West Philadelphia. Police say it happened at 5:13 p.m. on Monday at the intersection of 62nd and Arch Streets. The 49-year-old victim was found on the scene with a gunshot wound to his left torso.
He was transported by police officers to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Investigators are working the scene but so far officials say no weapons have been recovered and no arrests have been made.
