42-Year-Old NJ Grandmom Accused Of Kidnapping Grandchildren
LOWER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) -- A 42-year-old New Jersey grandmother is accused of kidnapping her own grandchildren.
Cinnamon Kelly is behind bars and facing several charges in connection with the alleged incident that occurred Monday.
According to the Middle Township Police Department, Kelly took off with her one and two-year old grandchildren Monday afternoon after leaving superior court in Cape May County.
Investigators said a judge had denied Kelly custody of the children.
Kelly was eventually arrested overnight in Prospect Park, Delaware County.
The children were located and not harmed.
Kelly, from the Villas section of Lower Township, is facing charges of Kidnapping and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
