PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- She claims to be a doctor and a landlord, but a local woman is being accused of running an elaborate scam, stealing thousands of dollars from one victim after another.   3 On Your Side's Jim Donovan has been tracking Danna Ntaka for years, so have detectives, and now they've finally caught up with her.
