COATESVILLE, Pa. (CBS) -- Lottery luck is alive and well in Chester County. A $3 million lottery scratch-off ticket was sold in Chester County.
It was sold at Rainbow Grocery on Lincoln Highway in Coatesville.
The store is getting a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning $3 Million Payout scratch-off ticket.
A $3 Million Payout is a $30 game that offers a top prize of $3 million.
