Police: 3 Injured In Philadelphia Shootings

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say three people were injured after three shootings in Philadelphia on Friday night.

Police say at about 7:13 p.m. on the 2400 block of Tulip Street in Kensington, an 18-year-old man was shot in the shoulder. He was taken to the hospital and placed in stable condition, according to police. Investigators say an apprehension was made but no weapon has been recovered at this time.

At about 8:47 p.m., police say a 27-year-old woman was shot in the leg at Longshore Avenue and Cottage Street in Tacony.  Police say she was taken to the hospital and placed in stable condition. No arrests have been made.

Investigators say just before 10 p.m., a male was shot multiple times on the 500 block of West Hill Creek Drive in Crescentville. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to investigators.  No arrests have been made.

The shootings are under investigation.
