23-Year-Old Man Shot 15 Times, Killed In West Philadelphia As City Deals With Second Day Of Unrest

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man was shot 15 times and killed in West Philadelphia on Sunday as the city was dealing with its second day of unrest. The deadly shooting happened on North 49th Street around 8 p.m.
Police say the 23-year-old victim was shot 15 times throughout his body.
He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made.
