22-Year-Old Man Fatally Shot In West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 22-year-old man was shot and killed in West Philadelphia on Thursday afternoon. The shooting happened on the 5400 block of Cedar Avenue around 2:30 p.m.
Police say the man was shot twice in the chest.
He was transported to Presbyterian Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made.
