PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Two vacant buildings partially collapsed in the Logan section of Philadelphia on Wednesday evening. Chopper 3 was over the scene at Broad Street and Belfield Avenue.
Firefighters are on the scene.
No one was injured by falling debris.
