2 Powerball Tickets Worth $1 Million Each Sold At Philadelphia Area Stores

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (CBS) – Pa. Lottery officials say two Powerball tickets worth $1 million each were sold in eastern Pennsylvania.

Each winning ticket matched all five white balls, 15-16-23-27-36, but not the red Powerball 09 from the Jan. 17th drawing.

The tickets were sold at the Giant at 2450 Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting and at Double O-Seven Convenience Store at 2655 7th Street in Philadelphia.

Each retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus.

Lottery officials urge the winners to sign the back of their ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at the headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County or at any of the seven area offices.
