2 New Jersey Boys Allegedly Taken By Father Found In Florida

NEWTON, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say two New Jersey boys at the center of a custody dispute have been found safe in Florida with their father and his friend wanted in Tennessee on sex charges.

The Sussex County Prosecutor's Office says Kristopher Dohm was found with his sons at the Royal Palm Inn in New Port Richey, Florida, late Wednesday night.

Dohm is accused of interference with custody and unlawful flight.

Dohm was with Edward Tarras Jr., who was on Tennessee's Ten Most Wanted list after cutting off a tracking bracelet in August. Tarras faces nearly two dozen sex-related charges including sexual exploitation of a minor.

Authorities say Dohm's children were not harmed.

Authorities say Dohm left New Jersey with 8-year-old Parker and 7-year-old Jaxon in violation of a custody agreement in early February.
