2 Injured In Jenkintown Vehicle Accident

JENKINTOWN, Pa. (CBS) – Two people were injured in an accident in Jenkintown on Friday.

The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. and involved a Honda sedan and a box truck traveling in opposite directions on Old York Road.

The occupants of the Honda, a father and an 8-year-old child, were transported to Abington Hospital in stable condition.

The driver of the box truck was not injured.

While the accident remains under investigation, the cause does not appear to have been weather related.
