2 Hurt In North Philly House Fire

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Two people were injured during a fire at a rowhome Friday morning in the Fairhill section of Philadelphia.

The fire broke out around 5 a.m. at the home  on the 3500 block of Dillman Street, then quickly spread to a neighboring home.

Officials say when crews arrived, one person was found lying face down in the street, while a second victim was still inside. Both were taken to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.

The fire was placed under control just before 5:30 a.m.

There's no word yet what caused the blaze.
