19th Annual Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention Kicks Off In Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)-- The 19^th annual Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention kicks off today.

CBS 3 got a sneak peek at the Pennsylvania Convention Center while they were setting up.

Later today, the show will be packed with some of the world's most talented tattoo artists.

Organizers say the show—which runs until Sunday-- has come a long way.
