18-Year-Old Shot Three Times In East Frankford, Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 18-year-old man was shot multiple times in Philadelphia's East Frankford neighborhood. The shooting happened on the 1800 block of Pratt at 2:45 a.m. Sunday.
Police say the victim was shot twice in the right forearm and once in the abdomen.
He was transported to an area hospital and placed in critical but stable condition.
So far, no arrests have been made.
