18-Year-Old Man Charged In Fatal Shooting Of Norristown Teen

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- Authorities have arrested an 18-year-old man wanted in the murder of a Norristown teenager.

United States Marshals arrested 18-year-old Isaiah Freeman at a residence on North 3rd Street in Philadelphia on Wednesday.

Investigators say on July 6 Freeman fired shots near Oak and Chain Streets, striking and killing 16-year-old Jordan Scott. A second person was also shot.

Freeman has been charged with first degree murder, third degree murder, criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault and other related charges.

He is being held without bail and has a preliminary hearing scheduled on Sept. 11.
