15-Year-Old Boy Shot Twice In Frankford, Philadelphia Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 15-year-old boy was shot twice in Philadelphia's Frankford section Tuesday afternoon. It happened on the 4700 block of James Street just after 2:30 p.m.

Police say the teen was shot twice in the left arm and he is currently in stable condition at Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital.

No arrests have been made.
