Police: Woman Fatally Shot In Chester
CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) -- Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Chester, Delaware County.
The shooting was reported at 4:48 p.m. Friday on the 2900 block of West 11th Street.
Chester Police say officers found a 25-year-old woman lying on a porch suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. She was taken to Crozer Chester Medical Center where she died of her injuries a short time later.
Police say the victim's name is being withheld at this time.
There is no word on a suspect or motive.
Police continue to investigate.
