1 Taken To Hospital In Bristol Accident

BRISTOL, Pa., (CBS) – Officials say one person has been taken to the hospital following an accident in Bristol, Bucks County.

Chopper 3 was over the scene of the accident Friday afternoon near Veterans Highway and New Falls Road.

Officials tell CBS 3 Eyewitness News one person has been taken to St. Mary's Medical Center. There is no word on the person's condition at this time.

Police say the roadway is shut down near the scene.

Drivers should expect delays in the area.
