1 Man Dead, Teen Brother Wounded In SW Philadelphia Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police have now identified the man who was killed in a double shooting in Southwest Philadelphia yesterday that also left his teen brother wounded.

The victims in this case: A 15-year-old boy who was shot in the left side of the face and is in critical condition at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. And, according to police, his 19-year-old brother Sybrii Davis who was killed.

"It's a sin and a shame and a disgrace."

Residents, like Shirlene Moore, who live in the Eastwick part of the city where this happened, are upset at the violence.

"It is sad. It is mortifying, you know."

The shots fired 2:30 yesterday afternoon at 81st and Lyons. Police say the brothers were in a white Hyundai Sonata when a black car pulled up and someone in that car opened fire. The Sonata crashed into a pole.
