1 Alleged Robber Nabbed, Another Sought, After Cop Car Rammed

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police say a pair of robbery suspects rammed a police cruiser this afternoon in an attempt to escape.

Details were sketchy, but police say it happened at about 12:15pm in the Olney section of the city as officers responded to a report of a holdup at the Sunoco gas station, at 18th Street and Belfield Avenue.

According to officials, police officers were trying to stop the men when the suspects jumped into their car and rammed the police cruiser, then took off on foot.

One suspect was caught at Ogontz and Olney.  Police were looking for the other one.
