Yankees Shortstop Didi Gregorius Still Sidelined By Sprained Left Wrist

TAMPA, Fla. (CBSNewYork/AP) — New York Yankees shortstop Didi Gregorius remains out of the lineup due to a sprained left wrist.

Brendan Ryan is at shortstop in Wednesday's lineup against Tampa Bay. Gregorius, hurt diving for a grounder in Saturday's game against Baltimore, is listed on the travel roster for a split-squad game Thursday with Detroit.

First baseman Mark Teixeira, hit on the right knee by a pitch in a minor league game Sunday, is in the lineup. Also set to start is center fielder Jacoby Ellsbury, who played for the first time in a minor league game Tuesday after missing two weeks with a strained oblique.

In his first spring with the Yankees, Gregorius is hitting .300 (12-for-40) with four doubles, two triples and six RBIs.
