Yankees Minor League Pitcher Moises Cedeno Suspended 72 Games

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — Yankees pitcher Moises Cedeno has been suspended for 72 games following a positive test for Clenbuterol under baseball's minor league drug program.

The 19-year-old right-hander was 4-4 with a 3.23 ERA in 13 starts last year for the Yankees' Dominican Summer League team. The Panamanian was 8-7 with a 4.24 ERA in 28 starts and one relief appearances during three minor league seasons.

The suspension, announced Thursday, was the 41st this year under the minor league program.
