Justice Department Drops Affirmative Action Lawsuit Against Yale University

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (CBSNewYork) -- The Justice Department dropped an affirmative action lawsuit against Yale University on Wednesday.

It was originally filed by the Trump administration last October.

The suit accuses the school of discriminating against Asian-American and white applicants in its undergraduate admissions process.
