NYPD: Woman, 62, Found Shot To Death With Hands Bound In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police are investigating the death of a 62-year-old woman in Brooklyn.

The NYPD said officers responded to a report of an assault inside the Bushwich Houses on Moore Street in Bushwick around 6:45 p.m. Friday.

Sources told CBS2 Ana Devalle was found in her living room with her hands bound in front of her. She had been shot multiple times in the head, sources said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A friend told CBS2's Jessica Layton Devalle was a sweet and kind mother of two young men.

Sources said there were no signs of forced entry.

Late Friday night, no arrests had been made.
