Pictured: Man Who Allegedly Punched Woman In The Face On Brooklyn D Train

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The police want your help finding a man they say punched a woman in the face on a subway in Brooklyn.

On Nov. 12, at around 4 p.m., police say the suspect was aboard the northbound D train as it pulled into the 9th Avenue subway station. They say he walked up to a 24-year-old woman and punched her in the face.

The victim refused medical attention.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or 1-888-57-PISTA for Spanish. You can also submit a tip via the Crime Stoppers website or by texting a tip to 274637 (CRIMES) and then enter TIP577.
