During a drive around the city 1010 WINS reporter Glenn Schuck came across a series of nasty potholes and New Yorkers who said that refilling efforts have made road conditions even worse.

"It's very bad, there are a lot of pot holes in every neighborhood," a delivery driver name David said, "I just changed two shocks and the bearings and everything. It's bad."

Taxi driver Emanuel said that the worst potholes are on 11th Ave between 28th and 26th streets, but Anthony Gillard told 1010 WINS Schuck that the worst potholes can be found in the West Village.

"There are always the same potholes that are lousy and yet they re-pave areas that don't need to be paved," he said.

The city said that it is trying to fill thousands of potholes every day.
