Westchester County 911 Experiencing 'Intermittent Phone Line Issues'
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- New York State police are alerting people in Westchester County of 911 "intermittent phone line issues."
Police said Tuesday that if a 911 call for police, fire or EMS services goes unanswered, people can instead dial (914) 742-6116 for help.

Crews are working to fix the phone lines issues, police said. It's unclear when the system will be fully restored.
