2 Missing Washington Heights Children Found Safe
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Two Washington Heights children who went missing this morning have been found safe.
Justin Tapia, 9, and Andy Cruz, 10, disappeared from their home on West 183rd Street at around 9:45 a.m., Wednesday, sources told CBS2.
No criminality is suspected.

The two were found safe near their home at around 1:30 p.m.
