Wake Held For Harrison Sisters Killed In Apparent Murder-Suicide

MAMARONECK, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A wake was held Thursday for two Harrison sisters who officials said were killed by their father in an apparent murder-suicide.

The wake for Alissa Hochman, 18, and sister Deanna, 13, was held at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home in Mamaroneck Thursday afternoon and evening.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church in Harrison.

Their father, 52-year-old Glen Hochman, allegedly shot and killed the girls as they slept on Saturday before taking his own life, authorities said. Hochman served in the White Plains Police Department for 22 years before retiring in January.

His wife and their eldest daughter were not at home at the time of the killings.

The Harrison EMS, where one of the girls volunteered, has raised over $82,000 to help the family.
