3 LI Men Accused Of Burglarizing Model Homes, Construction Sites, Car Dealerships

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Three men accused of stealing items from model homes, homes under construction and car dealerships are set to face a judge Thursday.

According to authorities, the men rented U-Haul trucks to cart away their loot -- refrigerators, tires, microwaves, granite countertops, perhaps even kitchen sinks.

Wesley Tyler, 32, Tyler McDonald, 19, and Joseph Clarke, 23, face arraignment Thursday on a host of charges, including burglary and possession of stolen items, WCBS 880 Long Island Bureau Chief Mike Xirinachs reported.
