Two Men Face Murder Charges In Connection With Death Of Queens Man

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Two men have been charged in connection with the death of a 55-year-old Queens man.

At 4:34 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, Islam Nazmul was found unconscious and unresponsive near 76th Street and Atlantic Avenue in Woodhaven, Queens, police said. The FDNY EMS responded to the scene and pronounced him dead at the scene.

Authorities later classified the incident as a homicide and arrested Carlos Genno, 22, and Nestor Rodriguez, 20, both men have been charged with murder and robbery.
