2 firefighters injured battling house fire in Queens

NEW YORK -- Two firefighters are recovering after getting hurt battling a house fire in Queens early Sunday morning.

Flames broke out just before 1 a.m. at a two-story home on Beach 29th Street in Far Rockaway.

More than 100 firefighters and EMS responded to the scene.

The injured firefighters were taken to St. John's Hospital. They're expected to make a full recovery.
