TSA Employee Arrested For Allegedly Having Sex With Minors In The Dominican Republic

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A Transportation Security Administration employee was arrested Friday for allegedly having sex with two 15-year-old girls in the Dominican Republic.

Vernon Lythcott of Brooklyn was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Authorities said Lythcott had sex with the girls during a trip between Dec. 28, 2013 and Jan. 9 of this year.

Lythcott was set to return to the Dominican Republic when he was arrested.

He was arraigned today in Brooklyn.

If convicted he faces up to 30 years in prison.
