Former President Donald Trump Ordered To Give Deposition On Allegations Against Trump Tower Security

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A New York judge has ordered former president Donald Trump to give a video-taped deposition next Monday.

This stems from a lawsuit filed by protesters who claim they were roughed up by security outside Trump Tower back in 2015.

Trump is expected to record the deposition at Trump Tower and will not appear in court.
