Trump Lifts Turkey Sanctions, Calling Ceasefire In Syria 'Permanent'

President Trump announced Wednesday that the U.S. would lift sanctions on Turkey because there will be a "permanent" ceasefire in the conflict between Turkey and the Kurds in northern Syria.
